ADULT PROGRAM
We are
pleased you have inquired about the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce 2008
Leadership Reno•Sparks Adult Program. Adult
Application.
The application is available
in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats on our Leadership Reno•Sparks
website. Please click on the Application link, fill in the information
requested, click the submit button, then download either the Microsoft Word
or PDF application. Print and return the original hard copy to the Chamber
office by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. (either postmarked
or hand delivered). No late applications are accepted. Please remember the
only way we know your qualifications is for you to be thorough and accurate
in your responses. Participants are selected from this application, so
do your best job representing yourself.
A $500.00 deposit is
required along with the application, which will be refunded if you are not
accepted into the program. Please make the check payable to "Reno
Sparks Chamber of Commerce Education Fund" which is a 501(c)(3)
organization. You may also charge the deposit to MasterCard or Visa.
Please note that
attendance is mandatory at the two-day overnight retreat and eight monthly
workshops. It is essential that you are able to make the required time
commitment to the program.

it to be an informative and rewarding experience.
