For Immediate Release - Reno, NV (06-10-08) – Leadership Reno Sparks
(LRS), the prestigious leadership program that celebrates its 25th
anniversary in 2009, emphasizes service to the community. The Reno Sparks
Chamber of Commerce, which sponsors LRS, is therefore pleased to announce
that eight (8) LRS alumni are running for office in the upcoming November
elections.
“LRS is the premiere leadership
development program in the Reno-Sparks area,” notes Lisa Ruggerio Rogers, LRS chair. “As the
program approaches its 25th anniversary, it is rewarding to
see yet another example of the program’s positive impact on our
community.”
